Mutual Respect

I treat my clients with the utmost respect, and I kindly ask for the same in return. I do not discus services during over the phone, during text message, nor in person, especially during in a session. Please refrain from using vulgar inappropriate language around me or sending any inappropriate images. I will feel uncomfortable thus, ending the session and not wanting to visit you in future. If you have more questions about sessions please look at the FAQ page of my website. Lets keep the environment respectful and professional.

Out-call

I only visit nice Hotels, Vacation Houses, Vrbo Homes, Resorts, or Yachts. Try to stay in places that have a busy hotel lobby, has a friendly hotel staff. I do not visit Airbnb, hotels that require a key card, or residences that has a doorman because they are not companion friendly environments. Please when I visit your private residence please have it neat order, including the bathroom with fresh towels. For my safety Uber/Lyft must be provided to your place to confirm your booking. My location for the driver will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Donation

My rates are a reflection of my time spent by consensual adults. Please respect that donations are non-negotiable.

Before I arrived at your place, please put donations in an unsealed envelope for discretion and place it on a table in clear view in the bathroom for collection. When I arrive to meet you at a restaurant please put Investment inside a Greeting Card Envelope unsealed, Its for the discretion in a restaurant setting. A Greeting card can be inside the unsealed envelop, that is ok. If I meet you at a hotel and we go to an event in a luxury transportation, please leave investment in an unsealed envelope and put it on the car seat for me to collect.. Please in all occasions when I meet you, do not hand it directly to me nor discuss it during our time together.

Personal Hygiene

Please be showered, well-groomed, have minty fresh breath with nice cologne on the body before I arrive. It makes wonderful qualities of a gentleman. It will make me smile and make the session more enjoyable. After you take a shower and you decide to put a robe on and to meet me upon arrival that would be ok, please be a respectful gentleman. 

 

Substances, Smoking and Drinking 

If you are a smoker, please smoke outside on your porch. I do not like illegal substances, please do not expose it around me, especially during our session. I do not mind alcohol around me, If you’re overly intoxicated, I may need to end our date early, and no refund will be given. Please open any sweets, beverages or alcohol in front of me.

Extending Our Time

If you’re having such a good time that you’d like to stay a bit longer (which happens often!), I’ll do my best to accommodate, depending on my schedule. Please be sure to provide the additional Investment for extended time and leave it on a tale in clear view for me to collect please do not discuss investment. Extended times are $800/hr.

 Booking 

When booking it's best to look at the FAQ page and this Etiquette page if you have specific questions about the session. Then take your time and book for the session, when completed there will be a confirmation letter and a copy of your booking via e-mail To secure a booking, I require Uber Ride safely to your place.

Booking Train Me To You (TMTY)

 I require Train Faire ( Amtrak / Chatter Bus Round Trip) to be covered to your place. I will text you proof of fair so you can send the fair amount to $ModernMusing1 If you do not have cashapp please sign up here. I  can travel to Northern California, Oregon, Washington State or West Coast States.  When I arrive to the train station I require an Uber to and from your place. Thank you

Transpiration 

For my safety Uber/Lyft must be provided to and from your place to confirm your booking. My location for the driver will be sent with your booking confirmation. I feel comfortable going in an Uber, Lyft or luxury transportation services. Please no Taxi Services!

Screening

For the safety of both of us, I conduct a standard screening process before all new clients. This is standard practice to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone.

 

Cancellation Policy

I understand if you have to cancel because of personal reasons or an emergency, but please give me a call or text as soon as possible if that is the case. It will save me a lot of time and energy when getting ready. If there is a second cancellation, I require $50 deposit to my cashapp $ModernMusing1 to confirm your booking.
